Interesting history:

Frankincense has been used by the Romans, Egyptians and is mentioned in the bible as it has historically been used to aid contemplation & prayer, stopping the chatter and stilling the mind. I use it in my clinical practice to help people slow down thoughts, focus on their breath & change their sleep patterns.
